I agree - eggs and cheese/dairy are not exactly "meat/flesh" - however, I do make a point of buying "organic" from small farms - Horizon by the way is really bad so if you are into organic do not buy their proudcts - they were bought by a large corporattion (forgot the name) which has a horrible reputation and record for animal abuse, etc.

Since I first posted this "post" I have had pork chops and sirloin - all cooked slowly in the oven for about one and a half hours or more with oil and water, spices etc. It did not resemble meat/flesh at that point but after days of eating a piece each night my stomach did not agree.

I will be taking my blood tests again this week - am supplementing with a lot of iron supps and such.

If only people could see a film of what is done to other living beings, who feel everything humans feel, including fear, pain, terror, etc. and also the conditions in which they are raised, their desire for "healthy food" alone would not allow them to eat the vast majority of animal products on the shelves, even if they did not give a crap about other animals, other than humans. But, let's face it - this is the country of "garbage food".............
