Well I never weighed myself because I was in college and did not have a scale, but i think around 15-20lbs. As for the Oxypowder i did not take it on the fast!! I recently discovered it. It works well but sometimes a little to well. I am not sure about the Oxypowder on the fast?? you should research that more, but best of luck to you and remember the main goal of Water Fasting is to cleanse!
