Thanks for the responses - I have never really been a big meat eater - always grossed out at the slightest - your correct about the tuna, eggs and cheese. It seems a bit hypocritical - actually even if I LOVED meat I would still not eat it because of ethical reasons. I have given this much thought.

As for the cheese and tuna, I was desperate and found it a bit more easy to swallow, but not that much.

So, I will look up my blood type and see what I can do from here.
