Hi everyone,

I really need your advice.
The past few months I have not eaten meat, nor soy nor milk that much.
I can't eat dairy products nor meat. I can't eat nuts either

HOw do you guys get your protein from (natural way as possible)? (no pills, no suppplements.)
I heard seaweed have protein but I can't eat them too much though.
