if looking to soy as a protein supplier,
Flaxseed and hempseed hand ground are very easy to use
and provide, protein fiber and your efa's (omega 3 & omega 6)
so no need to even go the fish oil route that so many take..
given the horrid condition of toxicity in fish and fish oils.

If kept in fridge in moisture tight container,
shelf life can be up to 3 years.
good oils to consider:
oleic sunflower, olive, avocado, sesame, coconut.
oils to never use:
peanut, soy , canola, corn, vegetable, linseed, cottonseed,
margarines and butters
