i copied this post over to this forum because there is a very important aspect in here that must be remembered.

the slowing of metabolic rate for weeks and even months after a fast.

please read what the person above says carefully concerning that issue.

keep it well within your mind in the months after your fast.. to stay aware of the potential .. if you desire to ensure not rebounding back..
