hi everyone. i was wondering if anyone knew of a really great steamer that i can cook my vegetables in where i wont lose the nutrients. i heard if its cooked higher than the low 100's than you lose the nutrients. can anyone suggest a particular steamer that would cook at that temperature that works good and is easy. i would really apprecaite it. thanks.
