I don't think he is muscular at all, honestly. I'm a lot more muscular and I'm quite lazy as you may know from older posts. Frankly his form is wrong too (bicep curl). I do think he looks good (healthy) for being 53 and if I was to guess his age
I would say 43 max. If you were to tell me he is 38, I'd believe it. It is hard to say if it is his diet as the others in the fam don't seem to defy time. Perhaps genetic, perhaps its his low stress natural lifestyle.
Anyway, let's try to do something constructive and educational. Could you prepare me (and any other bodybuilders a one day vegetarian meal plan and post it here that would total 120 grams of protein ( very conservative amount, I need 160 grams myself) at the end of the day?
So, I am looking for a breakfast, lunch and dinner plan. Just for one day. If you want to throw in BRUNCH and a SNACK or two that is cool too. All vegetarian (vegan preferred). Raw or not depends on you, I prefer raw since that is the current craze but it doesn't need to be. I'm not trying to indirectly prove you wrong or anything like that, I'm sincerely interested to see if it can be done. I'd love to have some days like that in my life, if such a thing were possible it would be absolutely fantastic.
Thanks, that would be really illuminating and great support to say the least.
