I had such high hopes for this forum...

Daizy, isn't the Enlightened Support forum the refuge?

We should be able to debate here without animosity. If some people think their ship doesn't stink, (er, I mean ship doesn't sink.... well, you know what I mean) and that's fine. But it shouldn't be 'not stinking' here. And that goes for all those posting here on both sides of the issue.

Nobody needs to feel like they are being run off. OK? However those that drop the holier than thou attitude probably won't get flamed.

BTW, if someone wants to feel sadness or pity for lost sheep, that's fine. Believe me, I sometimes feel pity for the found ones, but I usually have too much consideration to mention it. (isn't that nice of me?)

*grin*

As for the Christianity Forum , it is open now to all Christians. It should remain that way. Good debates are going on there now. This should be open also, as long as we can stop bickering. The Support Forums are for people who want peace and quite. This place is where the action is.

BTW, a Bible debate forum has been started for those who wish to debate and quote scripture at each other and read the abridged word. That's great. I doubt I will post there much, as I am not much of a bible guy. However bible folks can debate traditional values there until the cows come home. And more power to them.

But all interchanges here can still be remain valid. However let's thicken up our skin a bit folks, and not take offense so easily. And remaining respectful (even if biting you tongue at times) will help. That's what spiritual evolution is all about. Allowing others. (even if you don't agree)

Just a thought...

PS >Oh - I forgot tho - you ppl don't go by the bible, you just make it up as you go along with whatever you think fits<

I am going to move this up top. Great topic for debate.
