some of the largest muscled strong animals on earth are veggies
soy as protein is a most toxic way to go as well.
see my links above, esp go to see STORM who after about 35 years now
at age 55 plus, is very muscled and buffer than many body builders.

but why not seek advice from someone that is living proof?
He was a very thin young man btw before he became all raw veggie..

I say a *guru * of anything should sure look like he does
what he tells others to do .
