I think the influence Atkins has had is pretty phenomenal. True, I lost 20 pounds on the diet, but gained 30 when I stopped. That protien stuff is a myth. I have been trying to do more raw eating and fasting in order to lose weight and be healthy. Once I was a fruitarian and I was really skinny, and no lack of energy.
