Thankyou all who responded to my question. The desire to convert is definately there, but it is hard to change old habbits. I went shopping the other day, and I bought Tofu,soy milk, veggie dogs, and the portabella veggie burgers that I have been eating already. The veggie dogs are going to take a little time getting used to!! Boy that is teriffic that you have so much energy to work out for that length of time and so often, I can't get motivated to exercise. Iused to do taebo, and really felt great,but my vcr is broken, and I only have it in the vhs form, I guess i will have to break down and buy one on dvd. I know the feeling when people think you are younger than you really are. I am 32, and everyone thinks that I am my 13 year old daughters sister, and i am only in my early 20's It runs in the family though. My grandma is in her late 70's, and she still has black hair, and looks like she is in her 50's. Have any of you tried that bowel cleanse?? It looks scarry!!! My husband is very sceptical of it he cant believe that people really have that wierd stuff inside them. Well again thank you all for the advice by gods grace, and my determination I thinkl that I can do it!!
