I used Colonix for over a month and thought it was great. Yes, I had to adjust my water intake so that I wasn't either clogged up or had overly soft stools (both of which occurred). And I didn't have the weird stools that you see on the websites, but my bowels have stayed very regular (usually twice daily) ever since, and I feel that the cleansing really worked.

Sorry to get too explicit, but my bowels felt less sticky and somehow just healthier and cleaner while on Colonix (probably 6 month ago) and since. You do need to figure out the tea steeping/water drinking variables, but it wasn't a problem for me. When I got too clogged up, I stopped the product for a day and went for more water and another minute or so on the steeping time. When bowels were too soft, I backed off the steeping time a half minute, but tried to keep the water consumption up.

Overall an excellent product with excellent results IMO, and I'll be doing it again probably 6 months from now.
