The first and last time I did this a piece of a back tooth broke clean off! How about that for an illogical occurance!

Yes, I shall try this again though, and perhaps making a point of chewing with my front teeth would speed the recovery of the damaged enamel.

By the way, I measured my saliva pH first thing this morning, and it read 5.75! This is the lowest it has ever been, which seems ludicrous given the amount of minerals I pump into my body daily.
