Unfortunately, that has not been a suitable solution for me as the vinegar dried me out from the inside. Fortunately, with the elimination of SIBO, a frequent companion to candida, I have been able to prevent the deconjugation of my bile which was likely interfering with my fat digestion/fat-soluble vitamin absorption. My vision in my right eye has been continuing to improve, and my left eye is the clearest it has been in over a decade.

For now, I will continue on this path. Thank you for the suggestion.
