I thought I read it was a night before thing then whatever it ends up taking in the morning to expel the stones. I will have to read up on it again. I think I want to do the okra pepsin for a good ten days or so first, though, just to clean some things up. Also, I have never done an official bowel cleanse, am I supposed to do that first?
