Hi everyone,

I'm participating in a couple vegan potlucks next week-end which are taking place after a presentation on animal rights, and I need ideas. For one potluck, I'd like to bring a dessert, and for the other I'd like to bring a main course or side dish. There will be a lot of people in attendance who may be influenced to become vegans, so I really want to WOW them with how good vegan food can be. If you have any outstanding recipes for me, I'd GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
