OK, so instead of Soy, why not use rice? I have been experimenting with culturing home made rice milk, and it seems like it's going to go just great to make my own tofu! I am actually going to try making "Cheese" Cake with it I think, so I'll let you know how it goes. :) Any body else tried this?
