Thanks so much for your info. you really encouraged me!!! I need to lose about forty pounds, i think im going to fast for 21 days than eat low cal and exercise to lose the rest. how often do you fast? and i really need to lose inches did you notice a huge difference in you clothing size? i want to go from a 8 to a 2-4
