Whether I do juice or water fasting, if I'm having any kind of healing crisis, it usually involves getting a really bad migraine which I'm usually susceptible to getting anyway. Sometimes doing an enema helps, but I'm wondering if anyone has any other suggestions for things they've used to help with this. It's usually the thing that makes me want to break the fast because the migraines can get really unbearable and I get terrible pain in my jaw and teeth and can't handle light or sound either.
