I'm also eating about 9 apples a day as I've found that while it's high in Sugar and carbs...it seems to go right thru me and help with bowel cleansing. So with all the Lysine in the apples, does it aid in making protien? I'm a little unclear as to how that would work...do you have any data on that? Thank you so much for your response.
