Perhaps your Acne flare up is a healing crisis, but it sounds like your body is trying to rid itself of some toxins. I think Seangel gave you some great advise. You will want to try to eat raw fruits and veggies and definitely avoid any processed food.

If you haven't already, you will probably want to go through some cleanses: parasite, bowel, kidney, & liver flush. You can find lots of info here at the curezone on all of these.
