I guess I should have qualified that with make sure you use organic (to assure not gmo or irridated) along with buying from a manufacturer you trust. You can only hope that they have the knowledge to do things right and still practice the ethics that help them become reputable. I would hate to think I would have to resort to making my own. While I cook all from scratch, I do not have that kind of time. Thank you for the info.
