Yes, it can be a trap if we do not check things out and make the judgement calls for our selves. I was never one who let others tell me I had to do something their way. There demands made me question the motive behind it. The hardest thing I had to learn was to make sure I was tolerant of their choices as well. It is something I learned a long time ago that is why I love the Einstein quote: "The IMPORTANT thing is to NEVER stop questioning"
Just remember that not all soy is bad, just the unfermented soy. You can eat tempeh, miso, and other products that are fermented and sprouted in MODERATION. Just as not all grains are bad, and some are not so bad if they are sprouted before being used. It is more about how we tend to rush or cheapen the process of using food resources to save a dime than it is that the foods are not any good. Food abuse! I would avoid eating soy all the time as you may end up developing an allergy to it if you are unknownly prone to being allergic to it. I would also keep up on as much info as you can because as I said before, yesterday's facts can be proven wrong with new discoveries. Besides it is always good to feed your head, it keeps the mind open. If I can help with any additional info, just ask. I do not claim to know it all, but I have accumulated a little bit of good knowledge and continue to do so. Live and learn. (an understatement more than a cliche')
