Hi,
I've been eating vegetarian for several about 3 months. Eating very little dairy and very little eggs and no meats. Eating soy, whole grains, veggies and fruits and soy. Protein mixes too.

Have been around a 2 and half year old who goes to nursey school (they get all kinds of things).

My issue is I love this way of eating and feel really good but have gotten two cough/colds or one long one since I've started. Haven't been sick in years. Is there something else I need to take or is it the "nursey school cough/cold".
