So good to hear from you and thanks for the heads up on the drug. You describe anti-depressants perfectly - they may work for a bit, but eventually they take over somehow and life begins to feel almost artificial. That has certainly been my experience too. I will definitely try the OTC supplement you mentioned. What is the recipe of the cleanse you talked about that tastes better than MC? I have not been able to fast again since January and will probably just try to get back to eating fruits and veggies. My eating is emotional too and must stop.

I had a pretty good day today.....went to the christian bookstore and bought $100 worth of new music. Music has always been a healing connection back to God for me and nothing is more refreshing than listening to a new artist and new songs that I have never heard before; very refreshing, deep-reaching and theraputic. Gets me back to looking up...and reaching out. Connects me back to the God who loves and sustains me. After the music, the long walks start....so perhaps I will soon be on the mend. Funny, it usually starts like this, reaching out to a friend, giving a brief voice to my woes....getting it to the surface.....and then my spirit begins to lift up again.

Sorry to hear about dear Mike and I wish him all the best. You both are such great spirits and I treasure all I have learned and shared here.

Hope your BP continues to come down, I am too scared to even test mine right now.
