It could be a symptom of mineral deficiency, as today's farmers are not mineralizing the soils.

It's been shown the farms are from %80 to %100 deficient in Minerals and Trace Minerals.

Not to mention the Frank'n food that we are now eating.
Do a search on soy it is not good for women or man, and Canola oil is Toxic.

Cereal Grains have been shown to block the body's ability to convert Vit D in the body.
There is lots of anti Nutrients, that block enzymes and Vit and Minerals, and mimic proteins, that fool the body to replacing, good for bad.

It seems the only Good Nutrition out there, since Monsanto and affiliate company's have taken over all the seed businesses.
Is to grow some of the Vit Mineral Herbs, like Alfalfa, and dandelion, and food from the Ocean, Kelp and your blue/green algae contain everything the body needs in the right amount.

It seems the farmers sold out to Big Business and even health stores need repeat Biz to keep them going.

A real health store, should educate people on what not to eat and why, advise people to use Ascorbic Acid every day, sell fresh foods from Good Farms that do crop rotation and remineralize there fields, the only supplements should be whole leaf and roots of plants and so forth that contain all the nutrients our body needs, and teach about Alkaline/Acid balance of the body.

No one will get sick, and thousands of products being sold would not be needed.

But still any time the processed foods are not eaten, the better off we are, if that's saying much.

Unfortunetly Gov't and the Large Co's have supported population reduction since the 1800's, and the machine will roll over all unless you take your health in your own hands.

Hope I did not go on to much...
