Thanks for the suggestion.. I had considered that, but I really don't like raw vegetables (with the exception of lettuce) and I feel fruitarianism is too restrictive and not something I'd be able to stick with. I intend to eat raw fruit and cooked veggies/fruits as well. I want to try juicing, but I am going to see how I do first, since I have a hard time drinking juice.
