Hey, I've eaten vegan but eaten meat from time to time. If you eat vegan all week and then once a month or so you eat meat, what do you call the other 80 meals? You can be a complete vegan if it's against your PRINCIPLES to eat meat. Or you can eat in a vegan manner if you consider that it's just bad for your health to eat meat very often. I was the latter. My daily mindset was plant products only.
