Hello Marionnette,

Thanks for respounding so fast, I do believe Fasting is

the way to cleanse my Body especially after 45 years.

I first learn of fasting when I was 18 years old,

and attempted to fast a 1000 times in the last 27 years

with out much success, 5- 2day fast 2- 4day fast

And when I was able to fast I felt fantastic!!!

I'm very health consious. I put on a lot of weight on in the last year.

I am 5'10 225lbs, My cholesterol is very Hi

Its hard to find support when it comes to Fasting

I would love to do a 10 FAST.

They say you must complete shorter fast before you attemped

a longer fast such as 15 days or 30 days

what do you think
