yeah, ive thought about that too, but then ive also read a lot on the comparisons of omnivores and carnivores to herbivores and humans fit witht the herbivore anatomy and physiology. Our jaw structure, digestive system, intestines, nails, teeth. So when i read that, it made a lotof sense to me, but then i thought of why on earth would we have eatin meat for such a long time??? Im not tooo sure, but my theory is that when the land masses were all one big land mass and was aroung hte eqauter, according to sci3entist the weather was warm in all areas of thsi land mass (im not sure if this is still accurate i rememrb reading this about one ofthe time periods about dinosaurs) but i also beleivwe were here with the dinosuars....ther have been fossilized human footprints along side dinosaur ones. Anywa....back on topic....my thought was we were originally veggie (considering our digestive system and jaws, nails, teeth, etc.) but when the land masses started moving upwards away from the eqauter and we started to have winters, we had to do what we had to in order to survive, so when winter came , no vegetation, so we had to hunt for food. I think that is why indigenous peopel haev the tradition of paying respect to their prey, liek praying .... if u think about, what natural predator does that??? They dont, they jsut go in for the kill and chow down. Also if u look at indigenous peoepl in places around the equator, liek in the rainforests, they are primarily vegetarian. Anyway...these are jsut my thoughts...i really dont think there is a way we will ever know for surew what our original diet was....we can only guess, and make theories based on what peices of the puzzle we do have.
