First, and most important thing: by all means DO NOT stop your regular medication routines.
I mean: therapy given by an authorised medical doctor. Many people put themselves into severe trouble by giving up prescribed therapy and turning solely to alternative medicine. Big mistake. May be fatal.

And coming back to your question: body burns tissues that are meant to store energy (i.e. fat tissue) first. Then it uses surplus and damaged cells and tissuees, like fibroids, etc.
So no one will be able to tell you how long it's gonna take in your case. It'll depend on your metabolism ratio and body frame.

Consult your medical doctor, and if he is supportive, fast as long as you need. And, please, do continue theraphy.
