hello all. after a lot of reseach i decided to become vegetarian and in 3 months I hope to be in a vegan eating life style. baby steps but i never thought i would be able to do it. i remember saying oh i can never give up steak. But i have done it for 7 weeks and going strong. my only main weakness is cheese. so in 2-3 months i hope to be completely in a vegan eating life style.
