Thanks Megan! I can't believe you don't get headaches! That's great though for you. Something for me to aspire to one day. :)

I have been reading and some say a headache is inevitable and some say it's caffeine withdrawal and some say it's just the nature of the person who's fasting. Auggggghhhhhh....

I'll try and eat more fruits and veggies beforehand, and maybe that will help. Of course it'll be awhile before I try it again. Way too painful.
If I had tried a fast last year, I guess my head would've exploded from all the toxins. :):) My food selections are alot better now, but I guess not quite as good as I should be. :)
