I've heard of that happening. Vegetarian authors frequently recount how unappealing meat becomes after abstaining for a time. Myself, I am not a vegetarian anymore, but that doesn't mean I eat meat (animal products) every day. A lot of meats do seem unappealing, some cheap meat, ill prepared. On the other hand, a nice meat, well prepared, is very delicious. So to be fair, next time you eat meat, make sure it's a truly nice piece. Then you can better gauge how you're tasting it. But it may very well be that you are losing your taste for it. And remember, the common way to eat meat is with sauces and seasonings, those are what really provide the flavor anyway!
