Hello i have been a vegeterian since i was three years old im now 27 the last 5 years or so have not felt great they put my stomach down to ibs and my headaches and tierdness as sinus my diet is not great and im over weight but i started to wonder if wheat is my problem does anyone else have same problem and do you know where i could get a book that covers vegeterian and wheat free.
