I went through a period especially during Bowel Cleanse with psyllium where it smelled terrible.

I've since been eating a LARGE bowl of fresh fruit and yogurt every morning and I swear my BMs have no smell, and I have almost no gas, which I alwasy used to have..

I wonder if it's an issue of the intestinal flora getting properly balanced by the yogurt and such?
