lately ive been trying to live a healthier lifestyle and im thinking of giving up meat. i recently saw a peta video and it made my stomach turn, its not like going out and hunting for food, these animals are tortured. well, besides the animals welfare what are some of the things thats wrong with eating meat? i dont eat much
meat to begin with, just chicken every so often, i have no problem with not eating eggs or beef or pork and im not big on dairy cause of the mucus problems i get, any info would be appreciated.
