I've seen a lot of literature from Shultz and saw all his teaching tapes he made about 10 years ago.Never followed it much.
I have been eating lots of veggies and fruit in the last few days. It is amazing how good I feel with that change. I juiced my lettuce, cukes, and carrots to use them up before I start. I have eaten Ricotta cheese is only animal lately, to use it up.
