hey girl...im on the same boat with you...im experiencing the same problems with you...it's really getting on my nerves...i use to have flawless complexion till 2 months ago i can hardly recognise myself...i consulted a dermalogist and im on Antibiotics and some tropical creams...it's clearing up...so much better...but i wanna Water Fast for further improvements...my breakout was due to hormones imbalance.im a complusive eater too...i tend to turn to junk food when im feeling down which was when my breakout started...i gain like 10lbs in 2 mths!!!my face is bloated...i can still squeeze in my clothes but it's like THE HULK wearing size small...i feel ashame and awful...so i decided to take up the fast...im officially starting my fast tomorrow...hope to hear from you soonme at stephanie_richard@hotmail.com
