1/2 by choice and 1/2 due to allergies my family is trying to maintain an ovo-vegitarian diet(no lacto..husband is allergic) and now we have come to find that he also seems to have celiac!
Can someone please help or direct me were I can find nutritious, fun and tasty (we have a 5yr. old) food that we can all eat. I work full time evenings and homeschool during the day so I cannot afford the time or money to prepare different meals for each person to eat at mealtime.
Can someone please help out??
