Thanks for your reply.
My diet previously consisted of pretty much anything - I ate lots of Sugar (though I have cut it out in previous diets), I ate dairy, yeast, meat.... anything. I do admit there was a good bit of junk in there, but I always made sure I ate fruit and veg daily and drank lots of water (though I drank sodas too).

Now, all I eat is vegetables, long grain rice, wholewheat pasta, i drink only filtered water or rice milk, there's no dairy or yeast in my diet.
I have been told by my doctor not to wear my earrings either now - they''re pure silver.
But I thought that after this long being on the diet, I'd have noticed a change for the better.
