Hello Jane,

So how did it go for you? Congratulations on finishing your fast? Have oyu noticed a refreshing feeling in your body? Are you pretty exhausted from it? How about your skin and stuff, it is clear? I would just like to know the details so that if I end up having considerably equal starting points, I can have the results like you. Do you end up losing weight? What eating habits will you have now?Was it as tough as you thought?
