Totally agree. I'd love to see the reports back on those who have embarked on these long fasts. I doubt those without extensive experience and detoxing can make it a week without getting so ill they have to break the fast. Better I think to follow the diet of Fuhrman or Bragg and Braggs 1 day, then 3 day, then 7 day schedules over several months.
The Caveat is important. You can hurt yourself.
