I would just like to say that while your caution is appreciated I'm sure, I DO know several people who have gone on prolonged Water Fasts and have lost a substantial amount of weight. If you stop eating, you lose weight. That's that. Maybe you didn't have positive results on one of your fasts, and that's why you are trying to discourage everyone else...
