I have never gone beyond three days on water only, but on The Master Cleanse fasts, I had feelings of intense well being, almost euphoria on day six of one fast, however on another MC, I experienced deep Depression for several days starting about the sixth day. I can't give you any specific time table, but can affirm fasting does affect the emotions.
