I just stumbled in here and thought I'd say "Welcome!!" This particular board does seem to be pretty quiet, but maybe with a little luck and the right people, we can get some real conversation going!

You might enjoy the Liver Flush Forum . It's usually quite lively, and I always enjoy learning new things and hearing about all the exciting things happening.
