I checked out the site and I've decided to go with the Celtic...it has a significantly higher mineral content. I am finishing the bag of Lima since going organic lately has just about doubled my food bill! I've almost completely cut out red wine (like chocolate for me!) so as to be able to afford the increase with organic foods. Thanks again for the info.
