Okay, my bad. Can you give me some alternative definitions of water fasting? I understand it to mean water only, except maybe very, very small quantities of lemon, honey for pallitive reasons.
Are there other Water Fasting practitioners, supervisors, clinicians, authors, who define "water fasting" differently. My take is that most understand Water Fasting to be water only and then go on to explain why doing something else is better. I don't recall any redefining. Educate me please.
