Well, there is only one way to do water fasting. There are many variables as to when to begin, when to stop, etc. These are all covered in the book you say is being reviewed. It is not much difference than the Master-Cleanse board which is a constant review of a book I can find no scientific testing for that has no history apparently prior to Burrough's "revelation." Now peachy, I believe I do remember you from that forum. This forum is for one path, Water Fasting just as the MC, as I was hammered and flamed for so many times, if for the work of Burroughs. So please, I took my punches over there and that's why this forum was started. I don't think you have to worry about this forum.
In other words, we're doing fine over here and we're not looking to do anything but water fasting.
As long as you're sharing alternatives of Water Fasting you're good here. But we don't want to hear about other alternatives that are already represented on other boards. This is the only place we have.
